Most receiving sites hold visible contamination under 1–2% by volume. That sounds generous until you picture it: a single plastic clamshell or a handful of produce stickers in a 64-gallon tote can already be most of your budget for that pickup.

- Color-coded lids and bilingual signage on every bin so staff can sort without thinking.
- Driver spot-checks at the lid before the tote goes on the truck — if we see something obvious, we tell you that day.
- A short feedback note after the first two or three pickups so you can correct patterns before they cost you.
- Clear written rules on what goes in and what stays out, tied to what our receiving partner will actually accept.
