Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, business name, email, phone, service address, and any details you share through our quote, callback, compost request, or job application forms.
Resumes and attachments. Files you upload when applying for a job are stored in a private bucket and accessible only to our hiring team.
Chat transcripts. Messages exchanged with our on-site assistant (RC) are stored to improve responses and follow up on requests.
Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to improve the site.

How we use information

To respond to quote requests, callbacks, applications, and compost inquiries.
To provide service, schedule pickups, and send service-related communications.
To improve the website, our routes, and our service offerings.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and business (hosting, database, email, analytics, map tiles, AI assistant infrastructure), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep customer and applicant information for as long as needed to provide service, evaluate applications, meet tax and recordkeeping obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing or calling us.

Security

We use industry-standard hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and a private file bucket for resumes. No system is perfectly secure; we work to address issues promptly when they arise.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
