RC chat assistant. The floating chat on our site is powered by a large-language model. It can answer questions about composting and our service, help you navigate the site, and collect a callback request.
Content drafting. Some marketing copy and imagery on this site were drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing.

What AI does not do here

It does not set prices or commit us to a service agreement.
It does not access your account or any private customer data.
It does not make hiring decisions. Applications are reviewed by people.

Accuracy

AI can be confidently wrong. Treat answers as a starting point and confirm anything important with us by phone or email before relying on it.

Data we send to the AI provider

To generate replies, the messages you type in the RC chat are sent to our AI provider. We store transcripts to improve responses and follow up on requests. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat — call or email us instead.

Opting out

You are not required to use RC. Every flow on this site has a non-AI path: forms, phone (605-600-1660), and email.
