No. A rough estimate (or just your industry and number of locations) is enough. We refine the sizing during a quick walkthrough before bins are delivered.

Is there a free trial or pilot period?

We don't run free trials, but our shortest term is three months — long enough to see real diversion numbers and downsize your trash service, short enough that there's no long-term lock-in.

What if I'm outside your current service area?

Send us the address anyway. If it's a reasonable extension of an existing route, we'll quote it. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly rather than promise service we can't deliver on schedule.

Do you offer pickup for home or residential customers?

Not currently — we're commercial-only. We focus on restaurants, apartments, schools, hotels, grocery, and food manufacturers because that's where the diversion math really moves the needle.
